Joining Melvin Engineering in 2001, Susan contributes general management expertise and executive leadership to the company.  Experience gained from a varied business background including business ownership, sales, and top level management, she is specifically responsible for Human Resources, Marketing, and General Administration services.  With a focus on ensuring best practices in overall operations and management, her goal is to help provide a work environment that is efficient and productive while, at the time, pleasant, supportive, and enjoyable for staff and clients alike.  Enthusiasm, Compassion, and Diligence are qualities that reflect her character and for which she has been recognized.
