Don joined the firm in 2005 after 20 years of service in the military.  Returning to Jackson County after his military career did not mean retirement, however.  He quickly contacted Melvin Engineering to determine if there was a place he could contribute.  His steady, quiet, and reserved demeanor is a strong asset in facing the challenges of managing a construction project.  His determination and attention to detail are qualities that have gained the respect of clients, contractors, and co-workers.  Recent recognitions by his supervisor of good character include the qualities of Joyfulness, Flexibility, and Dependability.
