Curtis joined the firm in 1997 and is uniquely qualified for construction engineering inspection projects.  His experience in AutoCad and MicroStation design software provides our clients with experience from one who knows how to draw a set of plans to one who can interpret and apply the design to actual construction according to plans and specifications.  Curtis holds certifications in Asphalt Plant, Level I.  As one of the members of the Melvin team who has a "can-do" spirit, Curtis has been recognized for his demonstration of character qualities that include Loyalty, Resourcefulness, and Alertness.
