Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI)

A relatively new service was added to our list of client services in 2000 - Construction Engineering Inspection. Melvin Engineering, in response to requests from our clients and the construction industry, made a commitment to provide construction inspection services. Current employees as well as new recruits were ushered into the Florida Department of Transportation's CTQP2000 program - a comprehensive study, hands-on, and certification process in cooperation with the Department and the University of Florida.
