After 13 years in the public sector, Rick’s
knowledge of processes, procedures, and challenges that seem to
be inherent in developing property serves as a significant asset
to Melvin Engineering’s list of professional services. Rick
joined the Melvin Team in 2006 for the primary purpose of
establishing a Land Development department. Under his
leadership, the firm has experienced great success and the
department continues to grow in the areas of planning,
comprehensive land use, and design. |
