A member of the Board of Directors, Bill is the senior engineer responsible for the Utilities Division of the company. Under Bill’s expert guidance and project management skills, the Utilities team designs and manages utilities projects from simple to complex. His deliberate approach to design using efficient and cost-saving methods have proven to be successful in meeting our clients’ needs. Under his leadership, the Utilities Division of Melvin Engineering continues to grow and experience success.

Mark joined Melvin Engineering in 2005. With more than 15 years in industrial manufacturing, Mark’s contribution to the Utilities Division comes from a mechanical perspective. From intricate machines to practical, efficient design, Mark meets the challenges with patience and creativity.

As a former client, Marc joined Melvin Engineering as a Utilities Division Project Manager in 2007. Having worked for a local city as an Administrator, Marc now sees project management from the nuts and bolts side of design. He applies his knowledge and experience in field operations to design issues which allows our Utilities Division to deliver the most user-friendly end product.
