South Walton Fire District Fleet Maintenance and Logistics Building and Training Tower

As part of the DAG Architects team DHM served as subconsultant providing the structural engineering needs for the project.
The DHM Structural Engineering professionals provided the design and detailing of the 22,000sf fleet maintenance and logistics buildings and the 64,000sf Training Tower. The fleet maintenance building is a 100ft by 116ft pre-engineered metal building with eight service bays, a mezzanine, and an overhead 7.5-ton crane. The logistics building is a 40ft by 11ft, three story pre-engineered metal building with composite floor slabs. The training tower is a 40ft by four story precast concrete structure.
