County Road 164B (Hummingbird Road) FDOT SCRAP project

County Road 164B (Hummingbird Road) project consisted of full depth reclamation of the existing roadway, drainage improvements and resurfacing of Hummingbird Road from State Road 71 to County Road 165 (Basswood Road). The project was to reconstruct and widen Hummingbird Road and was approximately 2.94 miles.
