The DHM team has successfully supported civil design projects in both private and public sector since 1989. David H. Melvin, Inc., (DHM) offers comprehensive civil engineering services to clients, with a primary focus in the Northwest Region of Florida. Our portfolio of civil engineering projects covers a wide variety of fields across the local government, commerce, industry, medicine, education, and the private sector. DHM provides continuing engineering services to many state and local government entities, in addition to having the privilege of providing civil services for several multi-agency collaborative projects throughout the region, creating strong relationships and more sustainable communities.
